Our client is a business and technology consultancy active in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, the public Sector, Telecom and Utilities.They help clients in all phases of change from advisory to deployment.They focus on different areas of expertise, including Change Management, Data Management, Business Intelligence and Technology Solutions.
- You will be involved in all phases of digital transformation projects: opportunity and feasibility studies; framing, steering, change management, and monitoring indicators.
- You will address topics such as defining digital models, digitization and optimization of processes, implementing digital products and services, redesigning self-care, optimizing customer journeys, and implementing innovative "building blocks" (blockchain, AI, RPA, etc.).
- You may also deal with more global issues: customer experience, customer relationship, omnichannel.
- Internally: You will participate in responding to calls for tenders in your specialty.
- You will contribute to recruitment and business development.
- You will act as a reference for more junior consultants.
- You will actively participate in initiatives within your communities, Centers of Excellence, and R&D programs.
- You will be an ambassador and actor in the group's CSR initiatives (e.g., skills sponsorship).
