Position Overview

Based at our Global Headquarters in Brussels, in order to further strengthen our Global Procurement team we are currently seeking an:

Group Procurement Category Manager Indirect

Reporting directly to the Group Procurement Director, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the category strategies for a range of Indirect goods & services categories, such as Transport, Energy, Fleet, IT, Interim etc.(350M€) at group level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the charge in championing our category management process and driving innovation in supplier relationships.

* Develop and execute strategies that maximize our leverage with suppliers while aligning with our business objectives.

* Be the driving force behind a team of four individuals, optimizing sourcing and operational activities to ensure success.

* Utilize your market knowledge to develop and execute commodity cover strategies, negotiate agreements, and manage risks effectively.

* Drive savings, working capital improvements, and optimize profit margins through proactive analysis and collaboration with internal teams.

Your responsibilities as an International Key Account Manager.Retail

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Build and maintain a strong network of relationships, both internally and externally, to meet the needs of customers (Retail F1) and propose process optimizations.
• Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
• In close collaboration with Product and Category Management, create and present sales stories, using market data and insights.
• Lead negotiations (with purchasing groups) and close deals with customers.
