Omschrijving

  1. Calendar and Time Management:

    • Coordinating and managing complex schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
    • Scheduling internal and external meetings, including organizing video conferences.
  2. Document Management:

    • Preparing, proofreading, and archiving legal documents, contracts, and reports.
    • Ensuring accurate processing and confidential handling of sensitive information.
  3. Communication and Client Relations:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Managing professional correspondence in English, French, and Dutch.
    • Maintaining relationships with international clients and legal entities.
  4. Travel Planning and Logistics:

    • Organizing international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
    • Preparing detailed itineraries and managing expense reports.
  5. Administrative Support:

    • Handling invoicing, time tracking, and data entry.
    • Supporting office organization and team activities.
  6. Process Optimization:

    • Actively contributing to the improvement of internal workflows and administrative processes.
