Responsible for the day to day running of our Antwerp restaurant and the point of contact for all employees of the restaurant.

- Fluent inall operations required to run the restaurant daily, (including bar)
- Communicate with HR to organize and make team schedule
- Coordinate and supervise front of house, kitchen & cleaning teams
- Responsible for the overall administration & daily financial handing
- Responsible for the distribution of work, monitor its implementation in accordance with the guidelines
- Train & evaluate restaurant staff
- Lead byexample of hosting, taking care of guests, serving food& drinks,and engaging with customers
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure a smooth service
- Continuously support the restaurant in improving their service standards and processes
- Point of contactregarding reservations, troubleshooting, specific requests, and complaints
- Evaluate guest feedback, address problems in the workplace & actively look for solutions with the team
- Manage inventory and purchase supplies
- Monitor and implement health, safety & qualityprocedures
- Supervise the maintenance of the restaurant.
