Als rechterarm van de Digital Solution Manager bij het RIZIV ondersteun je de Digital Solution Managers bij het ontwikkelen van een samenhangende ICT-visie binnen één of meerdere projectportfolio's.Je geeft eveneens ondersteuning aan de Digital Solution Managers voor het goede beheer van hun projectportefeuille zodat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens overeengekomen specificaties opgeleverd worden.
Het RIZIV is een belangrijke speler in de sector van de sociale zekerheid, met een dubbele missie: iedereen toegang bieden tot betaalbare gezondheidszorg van hoge kwaliteit en een adequaat vervangingsinkomen bieden in geval van arbeidsongeschiktheid of moederschapsverlof/vaderschapsverlof.
Als strategische partner van de Digital Solution Manager bied je operationele ondersteuning door coherentie te waarborgen en het effectieve beheer van de totale projectportefeuille van de organisatie te faciliteren.Dit helpt ervoor te zorgen dat de portefeuille is afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.
Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende activiteiten:
• Strategische afstemming van de projecten op de doelstellingen van de organisatie.

We are seeking a Senior CRM Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive continuous improvements in our CRM processes.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales teams to understand business needs, design tailored solutions on our CRM platform and ensure successful implementation.You will play a

Responsibilities.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Translate the business' needs into functional analysis (user story) applicable to generate the 
necessary solutions within applicable domain(s) and document as necessary.

- Define the functional specification of the solution in collaboration with the architecture team.

- Assist/support the process of release management
- Report potential issues to the functional analysts proposing the optimal solution for the achievement 
of the best results.
- Evaluate the impact of potential changes on the software modules and report any potential 
problems
- Report and share the lessons learned and continue own development through selflearning/information sessions held.

Requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a CRM Analyst, with expertise in tools like Microsoft Dynamics CE 
or Salesforce.
- Proven experience managing CRM Sales projects in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM integrations.
 
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM configurations (e.g., entity creation, workflows, dashboards).
- Familiarity with integrations with third-party systems (e.g., APIs, ETL).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
