Jouw takenpakket als stock management / preventieadviseur bestaat uit:

 

Als stock management:

• Je beheert de voorraadniveaus en stemt deze af met de operations manager;
• Je zorgt voor een efficiënte verwerking van retouren volgens MEVA-normen;
• Je volgt inkomende en uitgaande goederen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit in het magazijn;
• Je ondersteunt bij de jaarlijkse inventarisatie en werkt nauw samen met de operations manager;
• Je fungeert als back-up voor de Head of Depot en Head of Operations bij afwezigheid;
• Je voert administratieve opvolging uit voor de Luxemburgse afdeling (op afstand vanuit Landen).

Als preventieadviseur:

• Je ontwikkelt en implementeert richtlijnen rond veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk;
• Je voert risicoanalyses en veiligheidsaudits uit en vertaalt deze naar verbeteracties;
• Je traint en sensibiliseert medewerkers op het gebied van veiligheid en gezondheid;
• Je documenteert en onderzoekt incidenten en arbeidsongevallen;
• Je stelt noodplannen op en bewaakt de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
