We're looking for an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst (m/f/x) who will analyze the Financial Services business requirements and define the required Analytics solutions, this by ensuring governance and adherence to the IT standards and platforms and foster the evolution and modernization of Data Analytics solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a finance or accounting background who is eager to work with advanced tools like SAP, Azure, Qlik.Sense, and Power.BI to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business analyst:
    • To collect the Business Analytics requirements from Financial Services business stakeholders for enhancements and projects.
    • To manage the external providers who are responsible to design, create and maintain a stable, efficient, and high-performance analytics & reporting solutions for Financial Services
    • To define IT Business Analytics solutions with specific reference to IT policy (Standard application and software platform and security)
    • Responsible for the adherence to the IT infrastructure, applications, and services KPI (service / application availability, provisioning times for services and application improvements)
  • Project manager:
    • To agree the priority of the project and maintenance activities with the FS Business representative(s)
    • To coordinate the activities of the external and internal team members involved in Business Analytics Project/AMS activities ensuring that all the deliverables will be completed on time and in agreement with the business expectations.
    • Coaching and follow-up/management of internal and external stakeholders

Position Overview:

Als Service Manager Finance werk je als Paradigm-medewerker bij onze partner Leefmilieu Brussel waar je deel uitmaakt van het team Projectbeheer en IT-diensten dat verantwoordelijk is voor het ondersteunen van de business en support afdelingen bij de implementatie van hun nieuwe IT-projecten en bij het onderhoud van bestaande tools.

Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken:

Als Service Manager zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:

  • Plannen, implementeren en meten van alle aspecten met betrekking tot de capaciteit, beschikbaarheid en reparatie van de ICT-diensten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent, en garanderen dat deze worden behaald;
  • SLA's definiëren (leveranciers en IT-diensten) in samenwerking met de business;
  • Monitoren/meten van de prestaties van de ICT-diensten die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen en het aanspreekpunt zijn in geval van incidenten;
  • De business ondersteunen bij het oplossen en begrijpen van technische risico's en incidenten door incidentgegevens te verzamelen en ervoor te zorgen dat de reacties duurzaam zijn;
  • Verzamelen, registreren, analyseren en rapporteren van capaciteitsgegevens;
  • In overleg met de business: bepalen en uitvoeren van acties om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te handhaven en te verbeteren;
  • De capaciteit van de ICT-infrastructuur en van de ondersteunende organisatie optimaliseren om een constant niveau van beschikbaarheid van diensten te bekomen;
