Als Proposal Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van offertes voor technische projecten binnen de infrastructuur- en automatiseringssector.Je speelt een cruciale rol in het analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, zowel op technisch als administratief vlak.Daarnaast bepaal je de kostprijs van projecten en werk je samen met de Business Development Manager aan het opstellen van gedetailleerde en concurrerende offertes voor zowel private als openbare werken.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

• Analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers: Je bestudeert zowel de technische als administratieve aspecten van de aanbestedingen en zorgt ervoor dat de offerte volledig en correct is.
• Evalueren van offertes: Je vergelijkt de uitvoeringsmethoden en offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers om de beste oplossing voor te stellen.
• Kostenbepaling: Je berekent de kostprijs van het project, rekening houdend met alle technische en commerciële factoren.
• Opstellen van offertes: Je werkt samen met de Business Development Manager om de uiteindelijke offerte op te stellen en te zorgen voor een duidelijke en strategische aanbieding.
• Rapportage: Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Business Development en zorgt voor een vloeiende communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

What you will do

• We’re looking for someone that can be flexible to work at customer sites across Belgium when required
• Defining accelerators and project deliveries (documentation, templates, visualizations) to allow project tracking, planning, and controlling
