  • Event Management: Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences, both online and offline, designed for VIP players.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to continuously improve VIP offerings and player satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use player data to analyze behavior, measure impact, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Performance analysis though KPIs
