Jobomschrijving

Onze klant gaat op zoek naar een Data Privacy Expert om het team van Data Protection Office te versterken.

In een notendop houdt de job een combinatie in van privacy governance, compliance checks, advisories en samenwerkingen met verschillende departementen om de privacy van de individuen te beschermen wiens persoonlijke data verwerkt wordt door onze klant.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Ondersteuning bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van het DPO-monitoringsplan, inclusief documentatie en communicatie naar de organisatie.
  • Het up-to-date houden van het Register of Processing Activities (Ro.PA) en monitoren dat de acties en aanbevelingen worden opgevolgd en geïmplementeerd door de business owners.
  • Begeleiding en toezicht op het afhandelen van verzoeken (Data Subject Right Requests) van betrokkenen en klachten over persoonsgegevens.
  • Ondersteuning bij het onderzoeken en rapporteren van datalekken van de persoonlijke gegevens.
  • Advies bij privacy gerelateerde projecten en het uitvoeren van Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA’s).
  • Assisteren in het risk assessment program en een overzicht bewaren van de privacy risico’s, deze helpen vertalen in company risks en naar manieren om deze risico’s te reduceren.
  • Het opzetten van een Data Privacy Organization en afstemmen met verschillende afdelingen (IT Security, Aankoop, Legal, ISO,) om te zorgen dat de privacy gerelateerde processen worden opgevolgd en aligneren met de business noden en policies.
  • Ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits en naleving van privacyregelgeving.
  • Rapporteren aan het hoogste management over privacy- en gegevensbeschermingszaken.

Skills
