Doel, focus, deadline, budget en planning voor de audit vaststellen Interviews afnemen bij personeelsleden.
Wet- en regelgeving rondom de focus van de audit raadplegen Werkprocessen met betrekking tot het onderwerp observeren en analyseren.
Bedrijfsdocumenten bestuderen.
Beoordelen van de risico's en de kwaliteit van de informatieverwerking.
Resultaten van de audit analyseren.
Opstellen van rapporten met praktische aanbevelingen en adviezen die bijdragen tot de verbetering van de bedrijfsprocessen Opvolgen van de implementatie van de voorgestelde verbeteracties.
Op geregeld tijdstip reizen naar het buitenland (Nederland en Duitsland).

Responsabilities

• Manage and optimize the Credit department
• Limit bad debt losses, maximize cash collection and reduce customer ageing
• Manage the customer credit risk, credit limits and re-negotiate payment terms as required
• Key member of the Credit Committee
• Provide appropriate key indicators and reports for the Credit Committee and management
• Develop an approach to credit risk assessment appropriate to the local environment
• Support management in developing the business strategy and meeting the company goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with the Group policies and procedures

• Manage third party relations as required (customers, collection agents, lawyers, credit rating agencies)
